Ingredients

Water, textured pea protein, spice mix (onion powder, garlic powder, parsley powder, sweet paprika powder, black pepper), vegetable fat (sunflower oil, refined coconut oil), bamboo fibre, pea starch, pea protein, emulsifier (methyl cellulose, pea fibre, potato starch), colour (beetroot extract, caramel), natural flavouring, salt, malt extract, maltodextrin, citric acid, iron, vitamin B12.

*Based on laboratory analysis, it has been determined that it contains Vitamin B12 and Iron levels similar to 100 g of animal meat.

Cooking Instructions

  • You may cook and consume without thawing.
  • Suitable for pan-frying and grilling.
  • Place frozen product in the air fryer without thawing. Cook at 180°C for 3 minutes per side.
  • Cook over low heat, turning frequently.
  • Ready to eat in 7–8 minutes.

Microwave cooking, boiling, or deep frying.
