Ingredients

Water, textured wheat protein, coating (wheat flour, yeast, salt), sunflower oil, pea starch, pea protein, emulsifier (methyl cellulose, pea fibre, potato starch), bamboo fibre, natural flavouring, iron, vitamin B12.

Cooking Instructions

  • Fry from frozen in hot oil.
  • Deep-fry for 2 minutes per side.
  • Your schnitzel is crispy and ready to eat in 4 minutes.
  • Place in the air fryer without thawing; cook at 180°C for 4 minutes per side.

Microwave cooking or boiling is not recommended.
