Ingredients

Water, textured pea protein, vegetable oil (sunflower oil), cumin, salt, natural flavouring, thickener (methyl cellulose), yeast extract, sodium chloride, paprika extract, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), colour (beetroot extract, caramel), malt extract, maltodextrin, citric acid.

Enriched with Vitamin B12 and Iron.*

*Based on laboratory analyses, it has been found to contain B12 and iron levels comparable to 100 g of animal meat.

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook from frozen; no need to thaw.
  • Suitable for pan-frying and grilling.
  • Place in the air fryer without thawing; cook at 180°C for 3 minutes per side.
  • Cook over low heat, turning frequently.
  • Ready to eat in 7–8 minutes.

Boiling or deep-frying is not recommended.
