KEBAB RECIPE

Preparation;

Heat an oil-free pan over medium heat.

Cook your kebab for at least 4 minutes, turning the other side every 30 seconds.

You can serve it with bulgur pilaf, sumac onion, grilled pepper, grilled tomato and lavash.
