FALAFEL BURGER

Ingredients

Water, chickpeas, onion, parsley, wheat flour, coconut oil, sunflower oil, garlic, starch, salt, emulsifier (methyl cellulose, pea fibre, potato starch), chili flakes, sodium bicarbonate, red pepper, cumin, black pepper, coriander.

Contains gluten.

Cooking Instructions

  • Deep Fryer: Without thawing, fry in a preheated fryer at 175–180°C for about 2 minutes, until golden.
  • Oven: Without thawing, arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180–200°C for 20–25 minutes, until golden.
  • Pan (Light Fry): Without thawing, cook in a preheated pan with 1–2 tablespoons of oil, turning until both sides are golden.

Not Recommended!
Microwave cooking or boiling.
