Ingredients

Water, wheat gluten, gum blend (guar, xanthan), sunflower oil, tapioca starch, salami spice blend, pea protein isolate, cellulose fibre, emulsifier (methyl cellulose, pea fibre, potato starch), celery, liquid smoke flavour, colour (caramel, beetroot extract).

Cooking Instructions

  • Pan-fry with a small amount of oil, turning frequently, for 3–4 minutes.
